Reiki Level I — Foundations & Self-Healing
Reiki Level I introduces the foundations of Reiki practice, with an emphasis on self-healing, awareness, and mindful presence. Students learn simple techniques for working with Reiki, basic hand positions, the Reiki principles, and ways to incorporate Reiki into daily life.

- How Reiki works and how to work with Reiki energy
- Traditional Reiki hand positions for self-treatment
- How to give a simple Reiki treatment to another person
- Grounding, centering, and mindful presence
- The Reiki Precepts as a foundation for daily practice

- Developing a consistent personal Reiki practice
Reiki Level I Attunement
As part of Reiki Level I, students receive a traditional Reiki attunement—a sacred initiation offered by the Reiki Master to support their personal connection with Reiki. The attunement is received quietly and respectfully, allowing each student to experience the process in their own unique way.
Upon Completion
Students completing Reiki Level I will have a practical foundation for personal Reiki practice and basic hands-on practice with others. They are encouraged to continue practicing regularly, allowing confidence, awareness, and understanding to develop naturally through experience.
Reiki Level II – Deepening Practice & Distance Reiki
Our Reiki Training at Level II deepens your practice by introducing traditional Reiki symbols, focused intention, and distance Reiki. Students learn to work with Reiki beyond basic hands-on practice while continuing to develop awareness, compassion, personal responsibility, and respect for the recipient’s consent and individual journey.

- How to draw, activate, and respectfully work with the Reiki symbols
- Using Reiki symbols to deepen hands-on and self-treatment practice
- Distance Reiki techniques for offering Reiki beyond physical proximity

- Deepening intuition, awareness, and trust in your Reiki practice
- Integrating Level II Reiki into a consistent, responsible personal practice
Reiki Level II Attunement
As part of Reiki Level II, students receive a traditional Reiki attunement to support their deeper connection with Reiki and their practice with the Level II symbols. The attunement is offered quietly and respectfully, allowing each student to receive the experience in their own unique way.

Students completing Reiki Level II will have a deeper foundation for working with Reiki symbols, distance Reiki, and focused intention. They are encouraged to continue practicing with patience, personal responsibility, and respect for each recipient’s consent and individual journey.
Reiki Level III – Reiki Master & Teacher Training
Reiki Level III is an advanced stage of practice centered on mastery, personal responsibility, compassionate service, and the preparation to guide others. Students deepen their relationship with Reiki, explore advanced practices and the Master symbol, and learn the foundations of teaching and attuning others with respect, consent, and non-interference.

Reiki Level III Attunement
As part of Reiki Level III, students receive a traditional Reiki Master attunement to deepen their connection with Reiki and support their practice with the Master symbol. The attunement is offered with care and respect, supporting each student as they deepen their practice and prepare to serve and teach Reiki responsibly.
Upon Completion
Students completing Reiki Level III will have a strong foundation for continuing their journey as Reiki Masters and, when ready, sharing Reiki with others through responsible teaching and practice. Mastery is understood as an ongoing path of practice, humility, compassion, and service rather than a final destination.
